Ingredients
- 1 small Avocado
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1/4 of a 400g tin of coconut milk
- 1tsp Maca powder
- 6-7 whole almonds
- Preferred quantity of almond milk Β for consistency
- Juice of half a lime
Method
Simply place all the ingredients into your high powered blender (I use a nutri-bullet) and keep pulsing until the almonds have purified, released their oils and a smooth creamy mixture is created.
Add almond milk to create your preferred consistency. I love a thick smoothie bowl that I can eat with a spoon so I only added a little almond milk.
