My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to get my IBS under control without the use of medication, learn to control my anxiety/ insomnia and lose 1 stone

Claire was able to help me work toward these goals by implementing an easy to follow meal plan with cooking ideas and recipes, tips on breathing and relaxation and helping me to get a better understanding of what I need to do to keep my body healthy and happy.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been getting my IBS under control through diet without the use of medication and learning to control my anxiety

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been how happy my stomach is. There are still bad days when I try to introduce something new however Claire has provided me with an excellent platform to start from and build on.

I would describe Claire as a very caring and understanding coach. The reason I asked Claire to coach me in the first place was due to the pain I was in on a daily basis from my IBS however Claire also took it upon herself to support me with my social anxiety which I have suffered with for years. Her compassion and support has really helped me to deal with both of these issues and I feel 100% better in myself.

I would recommend Claire to anyone looking to improve their situation if suffering from bowel related issues, looking to lose weight, learning to maintain any medical conditions they may have and emotional support. She is extremely passionate about the body and its health and has really opened my eyes to a new way of living but without the ‘preaching’ or ‘pressure’.
