Claire was able to help me both by offering me support and encouragement throughout the journey and most importantly educating me as to the nutritional value of food, their direct affect on my health & wellbeing and the best things to include in my diet and what to cut down on.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been weight loss which was something I have wanted to achieve for a long time. Still working on this but have started down the right path!
